is a phrase that I've used before but now it makes me wretch.
Because yeah, it's great if that person can make you into someone great and you achieve things you never thought you could achieve before.
But (reminder to myself): don't owe it all to the other person. You're not supposed to be able to put up with yourself becoming someone you don't like in the first place.
