I saw a girl with short hair and-

(- this will not be a post about hair.)

- and I really wanted it! But then I started narrating out loud to myself in my head about how much I wanted it.

Would I kill for it? A lot of people say this but would they actually commit murder to call something their own? DO people not realize how barbaric this expression actually is?

Hm, I can't elaborate this post much further because the standard idiom is "I'd kill to have it."

Some people say "I'd rather die than ______" but do we really?

"I'd give the world to see that." Well, too bad, the world isn't yours to give.

I was an English (language, not culture) buff. I know what a hyperbole is, but if I only learned one thing from a class so dedicated to the subtle variations of diction and syntax, it's that I have a knack for the literal and nothing's going to change that!

I think this is one reason why I don't befriend people my age so easily 'cause they say too many things carelessly but I guess I can't exclude myself.
